If you have not received your product within 30 days, please contact us.
If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to support@goodfruitinvestors.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the order date.
Shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer refunds for buyers’ remorse.
Community memberships, events, and online courses are non-refundable.
One-on-one appointments can be cancelled with a full refund or rescheduled 12 hours prior to the booking date.
